If you’re a bit of an expert on a certain topic (hospitality tech guest posts are favourable!) and have something to say, we would like to hear from you. But, before you send us an email or submit your piece, please read this page first. We wouldn’t want you to spend your time sending us a fantastic guest blog if it’s not going to be the right fit – you’re a content writer, you know how it is.

We’d also like the opportunity to contribute pieces for your blog and develop an on-going relationship. If that’s an option, let’s talk.


Content guidelines

Please ensure you meet the following requirements:
• The topic of your piece must be relevant, interesting and targeted to our hospitality audience.
• The content must be written to a high standard, be clear, well-researched, and supported with resources where required.
• Please provide people-first content with no keyword stuffing.
• Supply 1,000 words as a minimum.
• Provide assets including images and/or videos. If you are not the owner of the assets, you must supply appropriate copyright licensing.
• Submit your full name, job title, representative company, and 30-word bio.


We will not accept

• Content that has been written to only promote your business.
• No more than two outbound links.
• Outbound links to websites that have low domain ratings and/or high spam scores.
• Content that is not original and is already published online elsewhere – we use plagiarism tools to detect this.
• We do not accept posts containing affiliate links.
• Content that may be considered too critical and/or negatively mentions individuals and/or brands.
• Contributions where there may be a conflict of interest. That means no content from any competitive businesses, or any mentions/links to them – no hard feelings.
• Incomplete writing will not be considered for publication.

Submitting your piece of writing to us is unpaid and we do not consider paid-for articles to be hosted on our blog.

Of course! It is your guest post after all. It just cannot be re-published on another blog due to duplication/plagirism issues. If we find out duplicate pieces, it will be removed from our website immediately,

If we spot you resharing it on social media, we’ll be sure to share the love and engage with it too.

Kobas reserve the right to modify the content, add links where applicable, and add call-to-actions where necessary.
