What does your day-to-day look like / what does your role involve?
My role requires interaction with our clients through emails or phone calls, assisting with clients’ queries, and answering any questions they might have about Kobas.
What did you do before working at Kobas?
I started in banking and I have some years of experience working in the hospitality industry. Like most of us, I started as a waitress and was promoted to manager in a lovely Portuguese restaurant. I moved on but stayed in the industry as an assistant manager in dark kitchens.
What’s your favourite thing about working here?
People, definitely people. The support and teamwork we have in Kobas is an experience I’ve never had before. I enjoy the feeling of commitment to our clients and Kobas that I wouldn’t want to change.
After work you can often be found…
Cooking and enjoying a good walk. The day would end with a book or a movie or board games with friends.
If you could eat only one meal for the rest of your life, it would be…
Sushi or any type of Eastern meal.
