This is a very interesting time for the Kobas team. We are best described as a bootstrapped start-up, founded by James a couple of years ago. In that time we’ve collected a few great clients, most notably Adventure Bar and Be At One, and together we’ve created an outstanding product perfect for back-of-house bar chain management.
The last month or so has seen us move forward dramatically. I’ve arrived in a COO/CTO capacity, we’ve become a member of the ALMR, we’re supporting more bars than ever and we are now moving into a few restaurants and therefore we’re expanding our offering there. This all presents us with many exciting challenges, so it’s time for us to reach out for help as we grow to the next level in business.
So there are now a number of positions vacant, advertised in the new careers section on our website. In reality we can’t possibly fill them all immediately, but the right talent in any (or many!) of these areas would be immensely useful. So please take a look, and feel free to get in touch or share these vacancies on your favourite social network.
One final thing – no agencies please. We are committed to sourcing new team members organically through word of mouth and referrals. Our experience has proved time and time again that this leads to happy, successful placements.
