Quanto Basta is an independent pizza restaurant brand with a popular venue in Bow, with a focus an atmospheric dining experience with authentic Italian cuisine at the heart.
Kobas started working with Quanto Basta after working with the same team at their previous venues – Pizza Brixton, a three venue restaurant brand which opened its doors in February 2017, inspired by the love for good Italian food and a craving for true Neapolitan pizza “verace”.
For Pizza Brixton specifically, the flagship venue was a quick success and another Pizza Brixton was born soon after. It was 2018 when the second restaurant opened its doors, situated between Clapham Junction and Wandsworth on St. John’s Hill.
And, it didn’t stop there. Another year later in August 2019, they opened their third and most adventurous restaurant yet (being their first shop north of the river) located on Roman Road, Bow.

Challenges
For years, the team at Pizza Brixton struggled with an unreliable system that frequently crashed and disrupted service. These interruptions led to calls with the support team, resulting in long wait times and unresolved issues. When their busy venues were left using pen and paper to write orders for the kitchen, the team knew they urgently needed to look for a more dependable solution.
Reliability and robust support services became their top priorities when searching for a new tech partner. Beyond stability, the Pizza Brixton team sought a comprehensive solution capable of consolidating their standalone platforms, allowing them to manage all essential functions and analyse business performance from one all-encompassing system.
Pizza Brixton adopted Kobas in 2020, putting reliability and efficiency first.
After receiving a recommendation from another hospitality operator, Pizza Brixton explored Kobas further and went onto install the system in 2020.
