The Customer App centralises every touchpoint in one place, so signed-in guests can keep tabs on their loyalty points, order, and place bookings – all without switching apps.
The customer visits your website, selects a date and time via your branded Kobas Bookings page, and submits their booking request.
The booking request syncs to Kobas Cloud and notifies management via an email, ready to action by either accepting or declining the booking.
An email is automatically sent to the customer to either confirm or decline their booking. Accepted bookings sync to Kobas EPoS.
The booked customer arrives and the front-of-house team assign their booking to a table/tab. Done!
