We believe in transparent pricing, so you’ll always know exactly what you’ll be paying. Kobas is a Software as a Service (SaaS) product and is licenced on a per venue per month based on the size of your venue, and the size of your group. This fee includes all updates to Kobas, remote assistance and access to all Kobas features.
This means you get the entire Kobas suite at your disposal: stock, cash and daily task control; staff rotas, payroll, recruitment, training, disciplinary and collaboration systems; customer loyalty, vouchering, marketing, advanced bookings and reservations systems.

Kobas is licenced per venue, per month. Licence fees cover both in-venue systems and Cloud platform access.
The price varies depending on type of venue – larger, busier venues tend to involve more support and put more burden on our infrastructure, so pay a higher licence fee. Monthly fees are collected by direct debit.

When you join Kobas and establish your first venue with us, there’s a one-time £950 account setup and training fee. This provides for a Kobas Cloud account to be established, an initial training session, and assistance in migration of your team’s information, your menu information and your ingredient information onto the Kobas platform.
Training sessions may be provided remotely with a screen-share service, or within our London offices.
There is also a per-venue hardware installation fee. This provides for the venue to be established within your Kobas Cloud account, with programming and configuration for all devices such as tills and printers. These costs vary from a base of £250 + shipping for circumstances where a small system is posted to your venue and set up by technically minded persons within your organisation or a third party, to a base of £575 per venue for circumstances where our team attend to install a system in person.
Additional charges may apply for venues located towards the extremities of the UK, though we strive to minimise these as we appreciate the challenges of operating in those regions.
