Stock usage is the way in which a venue can record usage of stock that has not been processed through the EPoS. For example, in the instance of internal events like a staff Christmas party, or day to day kitchen wastage of perishables.
Go to Operations > Stock Usage > Record Usage. Click on the drop downs to fill in the information necessary. For instance, in the event of a staff party where Veuve Cliquot and Moet & Chandon were used, select the Venue where the stock was taken.
