About the role

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Digital Delivery Assistant to join the Kobas Production team. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, this role will see you work on triaging client problems, testing new software releases, and coordinating with members of our cross-functional team to optimise the delivery schedule.

Our production unit is a fully remote, cross-functional team of experts in software engineering, QA, and Delivery. We have worked in a distributed manner for several years and we know how to make that work properly. We work flexibly and have team members across the UK, and in Romania.

About you

● Passionate about building solutions to real problems that our clients face.
● Well-organised and excited about working in a fast-paced environment.
● Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, but you know when to ask for help.
● Experience in managing projects (any kind!) from conception to delivery.
● An excellent eye for detail and you’re passionate about providing the best user experience.
● Excellent communication skills and are able to work closely with a diverse range of people and teams.

● Experience working in product or delivery, within a cross-functional team.
● Familiarity with productivity apps such as YouTrack, Asana, and Slack.
● Basic SQL knowledge.
● SaaS experience.
● Experience in the hospitality industry.

● Working with our client-services team to triage and prioritise issues that come from our support desk, translating these into actionable work packages for our engineers.
● Creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working with engineers and QA to get features prepared for release on schedule.
● As a product expert, you will provide members of other teams – Client Services, Sales – with support and knowledge.
● Communicating new feature developments and changes to the application to internal stakeholders.


The package

● Up to £30,000 basic salary, dependent on experience. Salary is reviewed annually.
