Client Support Executive

The Role

We have a cloud-based hospitality management SaaS platform with fully integrated EPoS and customer loyalty system. To put it plainly, our technology helps some really awesome bars, clubs, restaurants and quick service food venues run their businesses effectively and delight their guests. We love the crossover space of tech and hospitality that our product operates in.

We currently have two new Client Support Executive vacancies within our small but growing team in London. The successful candidates will enjoy huge variety in this Client Support role. Whether it’s responding to customer queries on the many areas of our app, on-boarding new clients or assisting with installation of our EPoS system, you’ll be interacting with our clients daily and having a real impact on the perception of our product.

The Headlines

  • Reporting to Head of Client Services.
  • Full Time, Permanent Role.
  • Hours include some evenings and weekend days (rotating).
  • We’re flexible but the role is primarily based in our South London Office.
  • Requires travel to client venues.

What We’re Looking For

  • A customer focused mindset.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The confidence and adaptability to work on the front lines of our support desk.
  • A reliable self-starter attitude.
  • Impeccable written English.

What We’d Be Excited To See

  • SaaS experience.
  • Experience working in a bar, club, pub or restaurant.
  • Experience with Productivity apps like Trello, Asana and Slack.
  • Basic understanding of SQL.

The Package

We’re offering an opportunity to work in a fast paced and exciting tech environment with the opportunity to learn and progress. But we’ll also provide the tools you need to succeed like a laptop and extra monitors for use in our snazzy South London Office.

  • Circa £24,000 basic salary dependent on experience.

We’re located at the top of the Blackfriars Foundry Annexe, just a few minutes’ walk from Waterloo, Southwark and Borough tube. Being in a converted foundry means we’ve got plenty of workspace in a building that still expresses its historical roots, but naturally we’ve modernised it with air conditioning and connectivity.

Our location means there are lots of exciting breakfast and lunch options on our doorstep, and of course we’ve got many clients to visit in and around London for those evenings out.
