As we get closer to Christmas, our office will soon start to thin out as people depart to spend the holidays with their loved ones.
While we will still be offering support between now and the new year, there are some changes to our service hours.
- Up until Thursday 20th Dec – Office open and full-time support service will be available.
- Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd Dec – Normal out of business hours emergency support service by email only. Non-business critical issues will be handled on 24th December.
- Monday 24th Dec– System maintenance from 4am until 7am. Normal support service is available thereafter by email until 4pm when we close for Christmas.
- Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th Dec – Office closed. Our regular support hours will not apply; members of our team will not be actively checking support tickets on these days.
- Thursday 27th to Monday 31st Dec– Normal support service available by email every day until 4pm on New Year’s Eve.
- Tuesday 1st Jan – Office closed. Our regular support hours will not apply; members of our team will not be actively checking support tickets on this day.
We’re back in the office on Wednesday 2nd January to kick off the new year!
