Christmas Support Hours 2015

Christmas is here and it’s time to be merry! We are dedicated to ensuring all our clients have successful operations across the period, but as we’ll be getting our share of festivities too, here is how we will be responding to queries over the next fortnight:

  • 25th – 27th December & 1st – 3rd January: Response will be limited only to urgent matters that affect trade on these weekends.
  • 21st – 24th December & 28th – 31st December: We are otherwise keeping an eye on Support across these dates, so give us an email on and one of us will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • Please note that engineering operations will be limited only to resolving urgent matters that affect trade from midday on 18th December until 4th January. This means that we will not be doing any updates, to ensure complete stability during this time, and any non-urgent issues will be resolved from 4th January. This will focus our resources on only resolving urgent matters and ensure smooth trade for you during the period.

Remember, we have a suite of help guides that are good reference points for common issues or questions.
