Support hours over the Christmas break

With Christmas Day only a week away now, I may soon be forced to become “festive” and, indeed, “merry”. We will be closing the KOBAS Thames Ditton office tomorrow, not just for the holidays, but for good! That’s because over the break we’re moving into our new office just off London’s South Bank.

This doesn’t mean we won’t be available to provide support though – our support team and engineers are able to work remotely. As ever, the best way to request support is to email, and one of us will get back to you as soon as we can.

I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I look forward to welcoming as many of you as possible to our new office in 2014 – keep your eyes peeled for invites to the opening party!
